Ordering and Shipping

You may place an order for a frame, please note that it will not be fulfilled until we reopen on April 22.

We currently ship to the USA only (including Alaska and Hawaii). 

Best if you want your frames shipped to you and you are ordering a single frame.

The quickest way to purchase is via our online store, available 24 hours a day. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and any overage in shipping will be refunded to you.

Shipping note: Frames can be big and bulky, and shipping costs have increased substantially over the last three years. Please contact us (see below) for an exact shipping quote as the rates calculated at checkout are often not accurate. 

For pickup in Tucson, AZ, or if you want your frames shipped and prefer to have an exact shipping quote. Also best if you are ordering more than one frame and need those frames shipped to you.

The best option for exact shipping quotes, or if you want to pick up your frames in Tucson, is to phone in or email your order (see contact info below). If you are picking up your order in Tucson, this is your best option as it will prevent you from being charged shipping at checkout. You can still pay via credit/debit this way.

If you want your frames shipped, especially if you wish to order more than one frame, calling in or emailing us your order will allow me to get you an exact shipping quote so that you don't pay extra shipping costs at checkout. 

Credit/debit card payments are accepted through our online store, via phone, or through online invoicing.  We also accept Venmo, Paypal, cash, and checks (for returning customers).  Note: We do not accept Bitcoin or other crypto currency.
